Chelsey has wide knowledge in treating eating disorder, depression, anxiety, substance use, codependency, and trauma. Her clinical practice spans individual, couples, and family therapy for people at every stage of life. Chelsey also provides marital and life transition counseling. She is intentional about listening, hearing, understanding, and empathizing with her clients before she begins collaborating to help them regain control and composure in their lives. Chelsey prioritizes intercultural competency and letting people frame their own experiences in the specific context they come from.
Chelsey is a board-licensed associate counselor holding a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. She specializes in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an effective treatment method which focuses on reprogramming the brain to feel and react differently to traumatic memories. Chelsey is a competent and compassionate therapist who will create a strong client-therapist relationship with you. She prides herself on providing a non-judgmental space to forge the best version of yourself.
