Kayti Rollins
Licensed Professional Counselor/Anxiety & OCD Specialist
"I love when a client experiences an ‘ah ha’ moment in treatment as they begin to understand how their OCD operates for the very first time." Kayti Rollins, MS, LPC
Kayti is a Licensed Professional Counselor/Anxiety & OCD Specialist who works with adults, adolescents, and children as young as 18 months of age and older. She treats many disorders such as anxiety, depression, attachment disorders, bi-polar, and OCD. When working with children and their families Kayti works from a strengths based attachment approach helping parents and children build upon their individual family strengths and grow closer in their connection as they face their unique challenges. Providing services that are non-judgmental and compassionate are her ultimate priority.
As an Anxiety & OCD Specialist, Kayti finds value in helping her clients to conquer their fears, while growing their confidence and taking back control from their OCD struggles. Long lasting change comes from the day to day changes being made by the individual. She is there to help clients figure out what is getting in the way of making the changes they need and helping them to resolve any barriers to making it happen. Kayti loves when a client experiences an ‘ah ha’ moment in treatment as they begin to understand how their OCD operates for the very first time. Once this occurs they become empowered to make the changes they want and need in their life.
Kayti received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah in a subcategory of Human Development and Family studies called Child Life, specific to working with the psycho-social-emotional development of children with chronic health issues and/or hospitalizations. She then went on to earn her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Westminster College in Utah.
In addition to her years as a clinician, Kayti has 10 years of experience working with families and providing education and support through in-home services, community resource centers, and school settings. She brings kindness, empathy, patience, and unconditional acceptance to her clients and believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is vital to client success. Kayti strives to cultivate a safe space where her clients feel seen and heard, free to say what they think and feel without judgment, and feel empowered on their road to a more fulfilling life.

This is always a hard question for me to answer because I do not think it was just one thing. I have always been an empathetic person and wanted to do something where I could help others. I also believe that moving around a lot throughout my childhood impacted this desire to connect with more people and support them through their transitions in life.

- Be prepared to hear hard things and make changes. It is not a blame game, but there are always things that we can do differently to help loved ones in therapy, so even though you might not be the “client” be prepared to make some changes if needed.
- Be prepared to be involved as a little or as much as needed!
