At Sinnergy Wellness Group, we know that healing doesn’t follow a straight path. That’s why our Individualized Intensive Services (IIS) offer a flexible, client-centered alternative to traditional structured programs. Instead of placing you into a pre-set schedule, we collaborate with you to build a treatment plan that honors your personal journey, goals, and lived experience.
IIS may include multiple individual therapy sessions per week, targeted nutrition support, group therapy, meal support, and psychiatric care, all based on what will best support your recovery. Whether you’re stepping down from a higher level of care or seeking a more intensive approach without the rigidity of a full IOP, this service allows for both structure and autonomy.

Why Choose IIS at Sinnergy Wellness Group
Our IIS model is especially effective for individuals who need more support than weekly outpatient sessions, but who also want a treatment plan that aligns with their real-life needs. We take into account your identity, responsibilities, and preferences to ensure every part of your care feels safe, affirming, and purposeful.
This approach works well for those navigating complex mental health needs, trauma, or co-occurring conditions. It’s also a valuable option for clients who’ve had difficult experiences in past treatment settings and are seeking something more responsive and empowering.
Compassionate care guided by trust and partnership
Intensive support without sacrificing your autonomy
How IIS Works
Getting started with Individualized Intensive Services is simple and entirely centered on you. The process begins with a comprehensive intake, where we take the time to understand your story, current challenges, and goals for healing. From there, we work collaboratively to build a plan that feels supportive, not overwhelming.
Your treatment may include a combination of services such as frequent one-on-one therapy, nutrition counseling, meal support, group sessions, and psychiatric care. The schedule is tailored to your needs and can be adjusted as those needs shift over time. Every step of the way, we check in and recalibrate to ensure your care remains aligned with your progress and capacity.
You’re never locked into a rigid format, instead you’re supported by a team that listens, adapts, and walks with you.
Kristine doesn't just believe in and understand the science of nutrition and eating behaviors, she lights a path of healing with positivity, honesty, and safety. I highly recommend her to anyone who is ready to move past food fears to a place of lasting health and recovery.
Kristine has a remarkable combination of clinical knowledge, sound teaching practices, warmth, and firmness that enables her to excel at her work. She is an excellent team player while still being an independent thinker not afraid to express and defend her opinions.
When an eating disorder took over my life, Kristine was perhaps the biggest reason why I was able to take back control of my life and physical/mental health. I cannot thank her enough. Kristine is the very best person you want to seek out if you are struggling with food/eating/body challenges.
Kristine Sinner, MS, RDN/LDN, CEDS-C is everything you want in a dietitian - knowledgeable, personable, and passionate about the people she serves. I work with her daily and completely trust her with my patients.
