R.E.S.T.O.R.E. MNT
A Different Standard of Eating Disorder Nutrition Care
Whatever you’re feeling right now is the right feeling to bring here. Most people who reach out for eating disorder nutrition care are already bracing for something before they ever say hello, a scale they’ll be forced to look at, a rigid list of “good” and “bad” foods, someone who will lecture first and listen never. Maybe you’ve been there before. Maybe that’s exactly why you’ve waited this long to try again.
This isn’t that. And the difference isn’t something you’ll have to take on faith, it’s something you’ll feel in the first conversation.
The Clinical Authority Behind RESTORE MNT™
RESTORE MNT™ was not built from theory alone. It was created by Kristine Sinner, a medical nutrition therapist with more than 37 years of experience working with complex eating disorder presentations across all levels of care. Her clinical background includes advanced eating disorder specialization, CEDS-level expertise, multi-state licensed practice, and extensive work with children, adolescents, adults, families, and treatment teams.
Kristine Sinner, MS, RDN/LDN, CEDS-C
“Even filling out the paperwork can feel like too much some days. I know. We’ll get there, together, and at your pace.”
— Kristine Sinner, MS, RDN, LDN, CEDS-C
Wherever You Are, You Belong Here
R.E.S.T.O.R.E. MNT was built to be something most people have never actually experienced: a full medical nutrition therapy program for eating disorder recovery, run by a clinician with 37 years of exclusive specialty practice, not a 15-minute check-in with a handout at the end.
Every session works from the same starting question:
is this person medically and nutritionally safe right now, and is recovery actually progressing?
That question gets a real answer, every time, not an assumption carried over from last visit.
“Recovery from an eating disorder requires more than nutrition advice. It requires a clinical system built around the specific person sitting in the chair.”
R.E.S.T.O.R.E. MNT exists because three real gaps have always sat inside eating disorder
treatment without a clinical home built for them: the space between standard outpatient and IOP, the situation where inpatient or residential is clinically indicated but genuinely not an option, and nutrition-focused family-based treatment for pediatric and adolescent cases. This is what was built to fill all three.
What every session includes
- • A complete clinical update, nothing carries forward unresolved
- ● Nutrition prescription adjusted to where your body is this week
- ● Team coordination letters sent the same day, PCP, therapist, psychiatrist
- ● We screen for 39 clinical risk factors so nothing gets missed
- ● Medication-nutrient interaction screening, updated every visit
- ● Level of care monitoring, referrals generated the same session when criteria are met
- ● We take your vitals every session, something most dietitians skip entirely
- ● We physically assess for malnutrition, not just ask about it
- ● Every session includes a full Nutrition-Focused Physical Exam (NFPE)
- ● A session summary letter in plain language, delivered via Healthie portal
Nothing is forgotten. Your clinical profile is updated every session. Every supplement, lab, and referral carries forward until it is documented as resolved. Nothing falls through the gaps between sessions.
More Than a Dietitian
You deserve care that goes beyond advice. Medical Nutrition Therapy puts clinical expertise, real documentation, and team support in your corner.
Why Experience Is the Whole Point
This practice is led by Kristine Sinner, MS, RDN, LDN, CEDS-C, with 37 years in exclusive eating disorder specialty practice.
Her training started in psychology, not just nutrition, an undergraduate degree in psychology, followed by a master’s degree in clinical nutrition and dietetics. That combination isn’t incidental. Eating disorders live at the intersection of the mind and the body, and having formal grounding in both, from the start, shapes how every session is actually run.
The clinical standard behind this practice wasn’t adapted from an existing commercial program or licensed from somewhere else. She built it herself from decades of direct clinical practice and hundreds of real clients.
“Reassurance doesn’t get people well. Experience does. That’s what this practice is built on.”
— Kristine Sinner, MS, RDN, LDN, CEDS-C
What You Will Actually Get
Clinical care. Not handouts.
Every element of RESTORE MNT is built from clinical assessment, not templates, not advice, not general guidance.
01
Full Clinical Assessment
A complete clinical assessment of where you are and what your body needs. Not a food log review. A full clinical weekly check-in including vitals, body composition, lab interpretation, and screening for 39 evidence-based protocols so nothing is ever missed.
02
A Meal Plan That Is Actually Yours
Built by Kristine from scratch, never a template. Incorporates your allergens, intolerances, preferences, cultural foods, restaurants, grocery stores, cooking level, schedule, household, and diagnoses. A personalized meal plan built from foods that feel possible for you right now
03
Co-Occurring Condition Management
Medical Nutrition Therapy covers your whole health, not just your diet. GI symptoms, cardiac risk, bone density, blood sugar, hormonal health, and co-occurring conditions are all worked directly into your treatment plan. Nothing is treated in isolation.
04
Customized Intervention Strategies
Your treatment plan is built around your specific challenge points, not a generic list of fear foods. Whether it is eating in front of others, navigating meals while traveling, grocery shopping, or managing the overwhelm of daily life, every intervention is prescribed specifically for you.
05
Post-Session Collaboration
After every session, your PCP, therapist, and psychiatrist receive a specific clinical update, exact findings, specific requests, clinical context they can act on. That week. If a medication is interfering, Kristine coordinates immediately.
06
Comprehensive treatment
You leave every session with a comprehensive treatment packet, not just verbal instructions. Meal plans, grocery lists, timing, supplements, and next steps, all written out so the decisions are made for you. We build the guardrails so you can focus on recovery, not the logistics of it.
Who This Is For
You don't need a diagnosis to come here
You need eating to be affecting your life whether that’s a diagnosed eating disorder, a medical condition that has complicated your relationship with food, or a psychiatric condition woven into how you eat. Anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, diabetes, gastroparesis, IBS, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and everything in between.
You might be in the right place if
- Food feels like a full-time job, exhausting, complicated, and consuming
- You’re eating less than your body needs, or eating in ways that don’t feel in your control
- Mealtimes feel like a battle, with yourself or with your family
- You’ve been to therapy but no one is specifically helping you with the food and the body piece
- You or your child just left a treatment program and need structured support to stay stable
- Your doctor has raised concerns about your weight, labs, or heart rate
- You’ve tried to “just eat normally” and it doesn’t work, because it’s not that simple
weight loss
Struggling After Weight Loss Surgery or Medication?
Weight loss medications like GLP-1s and bariatric surgery can cause serious nutritional deficiencies that often go unaddressed. If you are losing muscle mass, struggling to eat enough, or dealing with symptoms you cannot explain, that is malnutrition and it is treatable.
It does not matter how you got here. If your body is malnourished, we treat it.
For Families
Family-Based Treatment (FBT)
FBT works best when nutrition is led with the same rigor as the psychological work. Kristine practices Family-Based Treatment with a nutrition-first structure, giving caregivers the specific, practical guidance that makes the difference between a meal that works and one that doesn’t.
Each week, families receive a coaching letter for this week’s meals, what to say, how to hold the meal, what to do after. Not general guidance. Tonight’s dinner, in plain language. The full care team is in communication every week.
Why We Don't Take Insurance
Insurance wasn’t designed around you. It was designed around billing codes, session limits, and cost controls. When insurance drives treatment,
your care gets shaped by what’s approved, not what you actually need.
This practice is built differently. Every decision, every session, every plan exists solely to serve your recovery. You are not just another invoice.
We are an out-of-network provider. We provide superbills with MNT diagnostic codes so you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many clients receive partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. We’re happy to help you navigate this.

Eating disorders exist on a spectrum, and you don’t have to be at your lowest weight or worst point to deserve care. If food and your body are causing suffering, that’s enough.
That’s very common. Many clients come to us after stepping down from residential or IOP, or after prior outpatient treatment that didn’t fully address the nutrition piece.
The meal plan is built by Kristine from scratch, from your specific data, every single time. It is not a template or a handout. What goes into it: your allergens, intolerances, food preferences, cultural foods, restaurants, grocery stores, cooking level, schedule, household, diagnoses, and where your body is in recovery right now.
What comes out: a structured 7-day plan with named meals and snacks, real foods in real amounts, a grocery list organized by department, and a weekly tracker. The plan re-regulates hunger and fullness signals, minimizes GI symptoms, restores metabolic function, and integrates fear foods deliberately. It adapts every session as you do.
Yes. Standalone meal plans are available for individuals ($50) and families or households ($75). These are built from a detailed intake with the same level of precision, your allergens, intolerances, preferences, schedule, and household, with no requirement to enter ongoing treatment.
After every session, your PCP, therapist, and psychiatrist receive a specific clinical update, exact findings, specific requests, and clinical context they can act on. Not a summary. A clinical communication. That week, not eventually.
If a medication is interfering with your nutrition recovery, Kristine coordinates with the prescriber the same week. If labs indicate a concern, the physician is contacted the same day. If you meet criteria for a higher level of care, the letter is generated that session.
Healthie is the secure client portal used by Sinnergy Wellness Group for scheduling, session documentation, and clinical communication. After every session you receive a session summary letter, in plain language, in Kristine’s voice, delivered directly to your Healthie portal the same day. Current clients can log in here
Kristine practices FBT with a nutrition-first structure. Each week caregivers receive a coaching letter specific to this week’s meals and challenges, what to say, what not to say, how to hold the meal without capitulating to the eating disorder, and what to do after. Not general guidance. This week’s plan, in plain language, for the actual dinner happening tonight.
Clinical progress updates are written in language parents can understand and act on. The full care team, therapist, physician, Kristine, is in communication every week.
